Jim is a retired Baptist minister now living in Towcester. He has a heart for rural mission. A few years ago, he used a sabbatical to undertake research into partnership between rural and urban churches.

Elaine is a retired Divisional General Manager of an NHS Trust, and chair of trustees for Ashwood Church, which she and her husband Dennis attend.

Jonny has been involved in youth ministry in one form or another since 2005, as a volunteer, a full-time youth worker, a lecturer and a consultant. He holds a BA in Mission and Ministry (Youth) and an MA in Mission. He is the Director of Children's and Youth Ministry Training for Cranmer Hall, Durham.
